Biofeedback

Biofeedback therapy is a mind-body technique which improves health by helping you recognize your body’s signs of stress reactions. In a biofeedback session you can expect to learn to monitor bodily signals, and then continue work in a home practice to recognize and gain control over physiological reactions to stressors. You’ll come away with exercises to practice at home to balance your nervous system and eliminate stress response.

Dr. Kemnec believes all people can achieve better health and works with you to create a plan specific to meeting your personal health goals.  She empowers patients to be proactive about wellness and make healthy decisions in their daily lives.
